Our work ethic at Collette Monuments is based on the values and skills of the company’s founder, Roland Collette. Roland started out in the monument business in 1946, and worked for 25 years in the industry before he and his wife, Jeanne founded Collette Monuments, in 1971. Roland always took great pride in making our business about people as well as the product.
Now over 40 years later, Roland and Jeanne’s sons, Marc, Donald and Bruce, and their grandchildren, work hard to live up to the same admirable work ethic. Through the advancements of technology and the influence of big corporate philosophies in the monument business, the Collette sons have stayed true to their father’s vision and small business values.
